Regular Cancellation Policy:
•Minimum 4-nights for hotel rooms and cottages.
•Cancellation request before May 31st - Reservation deposit will be charged.
•Cancellation request from June 1st to June 30th - Reservation deposit and damage deposit will be charged.
•Cancellation request after July 1st or No Show! - Full amount + taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
•Reservation deposit will be charged at the time of booking, $200 for hotel rooms and $500 for cottages. Balance is due on July 1st, 2023. Reservation deposit will be non-refundable to hold the reservation. Deposit must be paid by Credit Card. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the deposit is refused.
•Damage/excessive cleaning deposit of $500.00 ($800.00 for the 4-bedroom cottage) will be charged on June 1st, 2023. This deposit will be refunded once inspection has been completed and no damages have occurred & the room/cottage can be cleaned as normal. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the deposit is refused.
•No unregistered person(s) is permitted on the hotel property, in the rooms and/or cottages. Each and all guests' names and ages need to be provided upon reservation and require confirmation upon check in.
•From July 1st, 2023 “NO” changes will be allowed, and full charges will be made on July 1st, 2023.
•No pets are allowed during Cavendish Beach Music Festival.
•Check-in time is after 3pm, check-out time is no later than 11am.
•The reservations are "Non-transferrable, Non-refundable". No credit for early check-out.
•The rates of hotel room with 2 (or more) beds and cottage rates are based on (4) persons per room/cottage. Honeymoon suite and handicap room rates are based on 2 persons. Additional person(s) will be charged $50/person/day. Please Note: HST is not included. Shuttle service is not included.
