Booking and Cancellation Policies
Regular Booking Policies:
- 1 night for Regular Rooms
- 2 nights for Kitchen Suite
- 2 nights for Cottage
- Room booking prices based on 2 adults (18 years+) per room. Additional charge of $10/adult/night applies.
- Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date: No charge.
- Cancellation after that date: 1 night + taxes charged to credit card.
- No Show/No Cancellation: Full stay + taxes charged to credit card.
Cavendish Music Festival Policies:
Minimum Stay Policy:
- 3 nights for Regular Rooms
- 4 nights for Kitchen Suite
- 5 nights for Cottage
- Cancellation before May 31: No charge.
- Cancellation June 2 - June 30: $500 deposit charged to credit card.
- Cancellation after July 1/No Shows: Full stay + taxes charged to credit card.
- Damage/excessive cleaning deposit: $500 deposit charged on June 1, which will be refunded when check out with the proof of no damage & reasonable room cleaning status. In case the deposit is refused, the reservation will be cancelled.
- No outside person is permitted in hotel property, rooms/cottages.Each and all guests' name and age need to be registered upon reservation and need to be re-confirmed upon check in. (We will distribute bracelets for all our guests.)
- Reservation can be changed or cancelled until May 31 without any penalty. From June 1 to June 30, there will be a penalty of $500 (damage/excessive cleaning deposit) . From July 1, no changes will be allowed, and full charges will be made on July 1.
- The reservations are "Non-transferrable, Not refundable".
- We will keep the room for the guests who reserved the room for the whole reservation period.
- Room booking prices based on 2 persons per room. Additional charge of $20/person/night applies.
